Shipping coverage and timing
Orders may be shipped to destinations offered during checkout. After an order is accepted, processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, but this estimate is not a delivery guarantee.
Available shipping services and any free-shipping eligibility are calculated from the order and destination at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery name, street address, unit information, postal code and contact details.
When tracking becomes available, it is sent using the order contact information. If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact support with the order number and relevant evidence so the carrier issue can be reviewed.
