Eligible order issues
Refund review is limited to products that arrive damaged or defective, an incorrect item, or an item that materially differs from what was ordered. Requests based only on preference or a change of mind are not eligible.
Contact support within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other evidence showing the product, packaging and shipping label when relevant.
Do not send an item back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for reimbursement. After the evidence is reviewed, support will confirm whether replacement, refund or another resolution is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and financial institutions may require additional posting time.
